Industrial Relations
•Liaison with various Government Authorities of State, like office of Factories, Labor, LWB, Steam Boilers, PF & ESI Authorities, Mathadi Board, Police Authorities, Revenue Dept etc.
•Liaison with gram-sansad authorities, sarpanch and other concern personnels.
•Handling legal compliances.
•Responsible to maintain peaceful environment in factory.

Human Resource& Administration
•Payroll: Handling Staff, company worker & contract labour payroll.
•Manpower: plan and supply manpower as per requirement. Develop and maintain manpower reports on daily and monthly basis.
•Security Management: Oversee security of factory premises and make arrangement of security personnel as requirement.
•Transport Management: Taking care of all company vehicle servicing, Tax payment, passing etc. Prepare and maintain vehicle expenses to track vehicle and its expenses.
•Event Management: Planning and execution of factory events. Maintained detailed schedules to ensure successful events. Coordinated vendors and staff supplying food fixtures and furniture, Vendor Management etc.




Safety Management
•INDUSTRIAL HOUSE KEEPING: Day to day observation on cleanliness, Ventilations, Floor Area, Material Stacking, Painting of Scrap Materials, Electrical Wires & Fittings.
•MECHANICAL, CHEMICAL, ELECTRICAL AND FIRE SAFETY :
a. Having keen observation on Guards to the Machineries for belts, Pullies, Couplings, Gear wheels and other rotating bodies
b. Whether point to operation covered and ensure as safe
c. Layouts & Arrangements of Tools and Equipment’s.
d. Keeping Condition of Machines in good order.
e. Effective care on Maintenance of Machines and tools, Conditions of hand tools and electrical tools.
•PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENTS (PPE) :
a. Maintaining the quality and quantity of PPE as per the QHSE norms.
b. Issuing and Training to the usage of PPE to the employees, sub-contractors and visitors.
c. Giving much concentration for Preservation, maintenance and storage of PPE.
•EFFECTIVE EMERGENCY SERVICES :
a. Maintaining the First Aid Box with appropriate medicines in all shifts.
b. Providing First Aid and Fire Fighting Training to each and every employee including the Management personal.
c. Keeping the suitable fire extinguishers with more than sufficient effective working conditions.
d. Providing emergency showers and eye wash stations nearby the worksite.
•SAFETY AUDIT :
a. Taking much care about the identification of Hazards in risk area such as chemicals/petroleum storage.
b. Conducting periodical inspection and safety promotions to the workers.
c. Day to day safety meetings with officials and concentration to risk assigning area.

•PERSONAL HYGIENE :
a. Promoting personal hygiene to each and every employee / worker.
b. Taking extra care to food hygiene and preventive steps to ensure for food contamination.

•Conducting online test for fresher, laterals and virtual candidates, scheduling technical and conducting successful HR interviews with a good command over salary negotiation
•Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting job portal services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and other internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
•Issuing mandatory documents such as offer letter, appointment letter, introductory letter, confirmation letter and transfer orders to employees as and when required.
•Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training.
•Performing various functions using HRIMS software “Adrenalin” such as Creation/Deactivation of Employee IDs, Confirmation, appraisal and Talent management.
•Initiated various Employee Engagement activities with limited resources and budget for morning and night shift employees - Monthly birthday celebration, childhood photograph contest, cultural/traditional programs etc.
•Annual Review & discussions of departmental promotions with Plant heads and managers.
•Filling PF & ESI monthly Challans & preparing Annual Return, LWF return.
•As per IR Act preparing & recording all documents related to Labour Law
•Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
