1)Plan, develop and deliver the roll-out strategy to facilitate network OPEX / CAPEX reduction, Strategic roll-out of new sites as per requirement. \n2)Responsible to ensure that the provision of the service is restored as quickly, ensuring the best possible level of service quality and availability and compliance with service levels. \n3) To generate different types of daily, weekly reports/ presentations & Analysis for top management. \n4) End-to-End management of global high severity incidents reported to the Service Desk from the point of initiation to the point of resolution. \n5) Root cause analysis of BTS outages, finding out major contributors of outages, promoting the Field Engineer to come up with recommendations, and planning to remove the snags/ deficiencies of BTS sites in order to enhance the network stability. \n6) Ensure OnM PPP (Policy, Processes & Procedure) updated continuously to improve OnM objectives.

Handling Project / O&M activities of North Mumbai, and responsible for 7 BSC's and 670 sites
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations and Maintains:-
☞ Operations, Administration & Maintenance of Cell Sites (670) and 7 BSC, & Ensuring N/W availability within the KPI and SLA.
☞ Undertaking network deployment which includes BSC expansion, TRX capacity expansion, MW expansion, Tx planning
Site Loop Protection.
☞ Timely fault restoration under corrective maintenance and verification of reported faults based on severity along with O&M Vendors and Manage Service Partners.
☞ Daily analysis of BTS, Transmission performance reports
☞ Coordination & Planning for New Site Rollout with Project.
☞ Coordination and Supervision with Manage Service Partner (Nokia Siemens Network, Huawei, Tulip), assive Infra O&M, LL vendors
☞ O&M reports analysis and timely corrective action
☞ Monitoring and capturing data related to routine preventive maintenance as per contract terms with O&M vendors.
Project:-
☞ Rollout - Planning, Implementation during the Launching of Aircel Network for the North Mumbai.
☞ All critical Nodes 10 BSC, 1 MSC Implemented and On Air with Ring protection.
☞ Coordinated with NSN, TSP's and completed AT of all on air sites and bring AT online as per SOP and completed Documentation also.
☞ Capex and Opex Planning in the Network
☞ Supervision of the project implementation: Planning, Land Acquisition / Statutory approvals, scheduling and preparation of project progress report.
☞ Execution - monitor progress, liaison with clients' officials, Building Strong relations with Site owners, trouble shooting Site review for checking conformance with technical specifications, schedules and budget.Co-ordinate on field, effective manpower utilization
☞ Up gradation of power backup, infra depending sharing OPCO requirement.
