o To ensure that policy guidelines set by the Company are translated into executable plans that are achievable and measurable with the resources available at Company’s disposal.

o Develop and deliver an Annual Business Plan & Budget for the ESS Business Unit with submission to the CEO for final approval, Operational Management, Client Reporting on a regular (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual) or as and when required basis, according to Company Standards and requirements.
o Review of periodic operational activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and implementation of any tactical revision of objectives and plans in accordance with developing market and business conditions.
