As a Lead IT Consultant, I have customized and implemented MS-CRM 2011 application’s Sales, Marketing and service modules, using the custom entities, work-flows, goal management, rollup queries, graphs, dashboards, campaigns and validations using java scripts, along with the SSRS reports for fulfilling the customer requirements. Currently working on AXAPTA 2012 modules customization and have developed reports pack for AX - payroll module using SSRS as reporting tool.
In UAE and other GCG countries, implemented the Human capital management applications comprising of HR, Payroll, document flow, integrated time and attendance using Interflex, payroll integrated with financial applications such as SUN systems, Axapta as well as expense management namely ‘Fraxion’ by following PQIS implementation methodology, in leading Private & Public (Government of Dubai enterprise) organizations.
During the projects, trained application users on CRM and HCM solution applications up to their satisfaction level and successfully got projects sign offs with their feedback and further handed over the clients wise applications to the respective customer support desk users for post implementations support.
Entrusted to update the project status and about stake holders of the project to the management.
As a full time consultant, I have been sharing lessons learnt and experiences with the multi-nationality colleagues to contribute towards the growth and development of the company based on the industry standard practices during the pre and post implementations of different projects.
Assisted the sales team in pre-sales for getting new projects, built prototype design of the system as per the business need and during projects asses the support issues to differentiate new request and convert them to change request to boost the sales turn over.
For Synergy, developed ‘Accommodation module’ as an add-on HRB module and implemented to various hospitality clients.
During this tenure, also designed & developed the time & attendance interfaces with the HRB payroll application and also generated output as EDI file for payroll payment to banks as per the WPS requirements in UAE and other parts of the GCC countries as per the country localization rules.
Developed Emirates ID Card data capturing utility using EIDA API, C# and SQL server 2008 R2 (staging table), for Synergy to auto capture the personal information with other miscellaneous applications.
Added number of new features, functionalities, reports and validations in the HRB, CRM builds and achieved error free applications that turned into various successful implementations.
As a Sr. Systems Executive and provided techno functional support to the external clients on the company’s in-house developed product i.e. Visual Enterprise and Visual-Estate applications.
As Manager Systems, monitored TOPSPIN ERP-Project development & implementations in various Textiles Spinning Industries.
During the application development and implementations, involved in S/W requirements gathering, analysis, designing the application, documentation on different stages of ERP project and monitored the ERP application development and implementations for several clients with frequent visits and regularly updated the project status to the higher management.
Based on the resource availability and discussion with the management, assigned project tasks to the team and took regular feedback and status of the work performed.
As a manager systems, liaison with the hardware vendors & suppliers for the procurement of hardware, peripherals, software & utilities with assured qualities.
As Project Leader, contributed technically in designing, development and implementation of the integrated ERP application modules like HR & Payroll, Maintenance, Production, Sales and Materials management using Visual Basic, SQL Server & Crystal Reports.
Using Front Page, HTML, Active Server Pages (A.S.P.), VB Script, Java Script & SQL Server (2000), developed dynamic pages for the company portal.
During this tenure, I have also developed & Implemented software application -MATMAN \[Materials Management\] for Sardar Patel Institute of Dental & Medical Sciences, Utratia Lucknow-U.P.-India, using Visual Basic (6.0), Crystal reports (8.5) & M.S. Access.
As Asst. Project Manager, implemented the software application \[SUGARPAS\] in numerous sugar industries and their associated respective cane societies.
During this tenure also customized & implemented the Inventory application using FoxPro 2.6
After completing my bachelor degree in Computer Science, joined as a programmer and gradually designed & implemented MARKMAN (Marketing Management System) application using Visual Basic (5.0) & M.S. Access 97 for ATWSPL’s sales & marketing division.
