• Processing Open Account TR transaction
• Processing Import LC payments and LC discounting.
• Processing IBC documents lodgments and payments.
• Processing and updating customer’s request in to within its time lines
• Verify customer instructions as per the mandate.
• Maintenance and updating of records.
• Execute clients orders of both internal and external payments in foreign currencies(very
good knowledge of correspondent banking system, including swift codes)
• Ensure high quality services & maximum customer satisfaction by processing their
requests fast and accurate.
• Conduct investigation to rectify errors.
• Processing account opening/closing/maintenance transactions for corporate customers.
