JOB PROFILE:
Reporting to Circle SCM Head. Responsible for the effective management of all the SCM & Administration activities for Kerala circle Operations.
Logistics Management and Distribution
Taking up timely customer orders by checking the materials availability in time and co-coordinating with the sales team and Transporters for timely delivery planning’s.Plan logistics, transport, timelines and payment/invoicing schedules. Controlling the Inbound & Outbound Logistic Operations - GRN, Dispatches, Order Processing, Stock Analysis and Freight Analysis. Ensure proper packaging.Faster Truck Turnaround time, better vehicle planning, Optimization & Combining of Loads for Dispatches. Manage transporters and courier services to ensure safe and timely transport and movements of items. Handling the dispatches of 400distributor locations, effective utilization of the state way bills and road permits.Track/Manage primary and secondary inventory movements. Manage the third party (3PL) vendors and its review.
Organizing the survey as well as settlement of insurance claim for incoming damaged materials.
Administration and Facilities Management
Managing the warehouse administration, specifically in Security, Housekeeping, Logistics, purchase printed materials and effective Vendor management. Ensuring compliance and fulfill all statutory requirements.
Materials Management and Inventory Control
Manage warehouse space and storage and optimum inventory in a systematic manner.
Procurement and Vendor Development
Identifying and developing cost effective vendors or supplier base for cost effective procurement of materials.
Warehouse Management and Audit
Designing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures within the WH. Optimum utilization of resources.
Implement the error free warehouse processes
Order fulfillment and MIS Management
day-to-day management of the billing and delivery scheduling to 400 distributors.

Communicate and train all the schemes and new product launches to the team of Insurance Consultants.Set targets for the consultants, review and consistently raise them in accordance with the business plan. Plan and implement marketing & advertising budget. Provide sales promotional offers in Print, TV, Internet etc. Develop, plan, execute and implement marketing activities. Marketing collaterals, newsletters, and presentations.Participate in trade fairs and exhibitions for developing leads for channel sales. Liaison with media and advertising.

List new designs arrived in the showroom and make sure it is in the window display.
Organize the constant procurement of Jewels in the store.
Stock verifications against sales. Selection of new designs, suppliers and purity testing of the stock etc
Daily reports and Meetings Management
Make sure the daily report is sent to the management. Receipt, Stock, Sales report, Purchase request & Exp etc
PR & Advertising Management
Selection of advertising, new Schemes and offers and its presentation to upper management. Advt in Print, TV etc
