• Deftly managing onstage and offstage requirements for the set for large audience live as well as recorded shows like AL Bayet, Victorious as Floor Manager for Abu Dhabi TV, Seven Productions, 2454, MBC group, Dubai TV
• Worked with 7 Productions as a freelance floor Manager for a Live Arabic game show “Elofayez”
• Has been a Key point of Contact for all Crew members, Technical staff, Presenters, Commentators and VIP Guests.
• Responsible for all administrative control, studio requirements, booking equipment and provision of facilities for the shows.
• Responsible for all administrative control and Studios operation of Tigris Media - Al Madar TV. Responsibilities include, Maintaining Inventory record, quotations, budgets, billing, engagement of freelancers and provision of facilities.
• To ensure that all staff are informed of the studio schedules including last minute changes and any advance information. Has been a Key point of Contact for all Crew members, Technical staff, Presenters and VIP Guests
• To Maintain daily inventory record; Ordering, receiving, accounting for stock & ensure physical verification of inwards and outward stock and keep accurate records at all times.
• To attend and contribute towards weekly forward planning meetings.
• Working very closely with multiple departments like programming, promo and administration for fulfilling Shoot requirements and to ensure smooth running of the shoot.
• To book appropriate levels of freelance staff so that they are utilized efficiently and effectively to achieve a balance between production requirements, service excellence and staff welfare.
• To resolve any conflict that may arise during the shoot.
• To liaise with the Director over any expected shortfall in equipment required as well as investigate and source quotes from various equipment providers.
• FCP Editor for Star world and Star Movies.
• Deftly handling Arabic subtitling and Censorship for Star World and Star Movies- Middle East
• To manage stores and keep stock of shoot related equipments - Lights, Sound, and Camera etc.
• To arrange equipment on day to day basis for the indoor & outdoor shoots.
• To maintain records, prepare reports, and to compose correspondence relative to work.
• To determine items and quantities of Equipments / Stock to be purchased and maintained.
• To inspect equipments / items as to quality and quantity against freight documents.
• To resolve discrepancies in requisitions and delivery reports by contacting the requesters.
• To establish standards and methods for packaging and storing supplies and equipment.
Organize Indoor and outdoor shoots
• Production Management for 4 weekly Multi-Camera setup live shows like Extra Cover, Sports Zone, Cricket Central and Dial C for Cricket.
• Liaise closely with the Director & Producer to ensure that production runs smoothly, the deadlines are met, and the production cost stays within the budget.
• Managing day to day shoot workflow and Ensuring quick resolution of issues that may arise during the shoots.
• Has been the Key point of Contact for all Anchors, Cricketers, VIP Guests and International Guest’s for Daily live shows. Arranged for their stay, pickup and drop.
• Has been a Key point of Contact for fellow team members like Make Up Artist, Hair Dresser, Costume Stylist, Cameraman, Anchors, Sound Recordist, Graphics, Vision mixer operator, etc.
• Organised Outdoor shoots like Promo shoots and Packaging shoots. Responsibilities include Searching for feasible locations for shoots within allocated budget, taking permission from required authorities for conducting shoot at their premise and Negotiating and Finalizing rates.
• Vendor Management - Strong negotiation skills developed through close Vendor contact. Negotiated with various vendors to get competitive rates and get the best deal for the company.
• Arranging equipment for the indoor & outdoor shoots like Lights, Camera, Sound Equipments etc.
• Working very closely with multiple departments like programming, promo and administration for fulfilling Shoot requirements and to ensure smooth running of the shoot.
• Monitoring schedules and budgets and Maintaining production MIS.
• Production management for 8 weekly Multi-Camera setup shows like :
• B4U Express (Request show was first known as Just Request)
