• Source the technical products from domestic and international markets.
• Achieving cost savings by negotiating better terms.
• Contract Management for the regularly purchased products.
• Ensure timely payment to the supplier and assist in resolving the discrepancy claims if any.
• Appraise the suppliers so that there is low risk for Supreme Group while dealing with them.
• Develop trade agreements for the products which are purchased repetitively by competitive bidding process.
• Coordinating with logistics and suppliers in delivering the ordered materials to the internal customers in a timely way.
• Ensuring that payments released to the supplier in time as per the agreed terms.

Achievement
• Achieved a savings of more than USD 250, 000 by procuring the lubricants, tyres and generator spare parts through long term contracts in 2013.
