RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED:
Operation, Planning and delegation of preventive maintenance for DG set, Transformer, HVAC system, AHU and Treated fresh air units, Boiler, STP and Water treatment plant, Plumbing system, Fire fighting and alarm system, Ups, TV and DMX music system, Kitchen and cooking equipments, and Hydraulic multiple car parking system. And computerized BMS system
Daily checking of all logs pertaining to maintenance activity.
Keeping of different logs, preparation of equipment history cards.
Conducting weekly, monthly training for engineering team.
Maintain the complaint management & work request system and ensure timely response to all the complaints and maintenance request.
Coordinating with the contractors, vendors, and inter departmental managers for timely execution of maintenance work.
Preparation of consumption report of electricity, diesel, LPG, and water on monthly basis and monitoring of HLP consumption on daily basis.
