: As an Operations Manager, I would handle the scheduling part for the company. Schedules for courses are prepared by me much before the course start date. I would also be involved in booking venue, negotiating rates and fixing deals for the entire course term. I also ensure that all course materials are printed and delivered to the venue on time. I also arrange for big events to be conducted at hotels and have good contacts with many hotels and event management companies in Dubai.
I am trained in SAP ABAP and am also ITIL V3 certified.
