reporting (database), linux (centos), CCS (manager), form builder, scripting (perl, php), I worked on mysql database for 3 years I created reports using computer languages such as php / perl /jsp / vb.net .. to send them directly to clients.
I also automated the reports using ireport. This is a tool that creates jrxml files that extracts data directly from database, and then transforms them into jasper files to be scheduled and sent automatically from open report.
My main role was to create tables and views on the database where I could follow up with all the work of the agents in the call center (their talk_time, wrap up time, acquisition time…)
The views were formed from tables filled automatically by a script done by me
