Operation and maintenance of 4*3 MVA(Kohlar DG set), 6*2.25 MVA(Cummins DG set), 4*1.5 MVA (Hi-tech DRUPS), power and distribution transformer, HT and LT panel, VCB, ACB, UPS system, PCC, MCC panel, APFC panel.
HVAC: operation and maintenance of chiller (5 no. 1200TR and 3 no. 1350TR), PAC, split A.C., AHU etc.
Create daily and monthly plant consumption report.
Preventive Maintenance activity taken as per maintenance schedule.
Utilization of manpower effectively and take meeting with vendor for amc service and maintenance.
Role and responsibilities :
•Operation and maintenance of AUTOMATIC BLOCK MAKING MACHINE (batching and mixing machine, block making machine and stacker machine).
•Maintenance, testing and troubleshooting of distribution transformers, HT and LT panel, motor, DG, PCC, MCC, APFC panel, ACB, belt conveyor, pitch conveyor, pipe conveyor, industrial motor, lighting system.
•Create Daily and monthly plant consumption and production report.
•Documentation work
Troubleshoot the technical error found in HT and LT system, transformers, lighting system, VCB, ACB, industrial motor, DG set, 2*714 kvar capacitor banks etc.
Energy conservation and reduces cost as per company ISO 50001 documents.
Utilization of manpower effectively, for cable termination, cable lying and maintenance of electrical equipments and system.
Create daily and monthly plant consumption report through power management system (PMS) and power treading data fill in PMS.
Fill up monthly and 3-month check list (ISO documents).
Operation and supervision during 100T EAF and 100T LAF heat operation.
Maintenance activity taken as per maintenance schedule.
Maintenance, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting & repair of PCC, MCC, NLDB,
ELDB, PDB, UPSDB and its devices, equipment’s.
