• Preparation of five year plans, Annual Budget, and Quarterly prepare and review on P&L of different business units.
• Prepare and review monthly flash profit and cash forecasts, closely monitoring of daily/weekly business performance.
• Providing actionable analytics and setting benchmarks of business units through retail KPIs.
• Prepare and analyse monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Providing detailed cost analysis and identify key drivers for improvement plans.
• Build early warning trends and triggers to highlight deviations in business revenue and cost trends and recommend corrective action.
• Lead closing of the books and prepare Balance sheet, Income statement, cash flow and other financial reports in compliance with accounting standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure smooth completion.
• Monitoring daily accounting entries and ensure smooth operation.
