using a computer and various software programs.
4- Schedules and confirms patient diagnostic appointments,
surgeries, and medical consultations.
5- Answers telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff.Receives
and routes messages and documents such as laboratory results to
appropriate staff.
6- Maintains medical records, technical library, and correspondence
files.
7- Performs various clerical and administrative functions such as
ordering and maintaining an inventory of supplies.
