ESD and Fire
& Gas Cause and Effect Matrix for the platform. Prepared Wellhead Control Panel Specification and Chemical
Injection Package Specification. Prepared Instrument datasheets. Prepared other technical specifications such as,
tubing and fitting specifications, Level instrument sizing report, Instrument Basis of design, Analyzer
specifications, I/O sizing report, Cable specifications etc. Participated in P&IDs design review and LOPA study of
the process plant.

Project: Project
(National Gas) United Kingdom. Prepared the instrumentation detailed design specifications for the project.
Specified the custody metering system package for the plant. Participated in P&IDs design review of the plant.
Participated in the HAZOP study of the plant. Specified and prepared the data sheets for instrument
measurement technology to be used. Coordinated the C&I team on the FEED project.

Project: Flagship 1 (Carbon project for generation of menthol for ship usage), Design of a greenfield
commercial scale E-menthol Production Plant. Prepared the safety Cause and Effect Matrix. Prepared the control
narrative for carbon capture process. Performed control valve and I.S calculation. Prepared the system hardware
specification for the ICSS. Prepared Safety Requirement Specification for the safety system. Participated in the
LOPA study. Prepared the Functional Safety Assessment Requirement used for the safety assessment to comply
with the requirements of IEC 61511. Prepared Instrument datasheets and specification for all instruments.
Reviewed vendors deliverables as well as preparing and managing vendors work packs. Managed subcontractors
and module fabricators deliverables.

Project: 2 (renewable). Generation of biomass from food waste for
Hong-Kong Government. Prepared instrumentation and control design specification for the project. Prepared
technical deliverable for the hardware system such of the PLC/SCADA and ordinate the with the system vendor in
design the hardware and software of the plant. Participated in P&IDs design review of the process plant.
Specified the instrument to be used as per the content of the fluid. Coordinated the C&I team on the project.

Project: Project. Performed
adequacy check on existing Control Valves and Pressure Safety Valve on the plant. Key focal point for the
P&ID review and SIL assessment. Prepared technical deliverable, prepared technical study report, Instrument
datasheets, closeout on HAZOP actions, technical requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluation, SIL Implementation
Specification etc. Participated in P&IDs/HAZOP review meetings. Performed technical bid evaluation on field
instruments. Addressed all technical queries from site and Vendors.

Project: Involved in the technical design review for
P&IDs by providing instrumentation input to the development of the P&IDs. Prepared technical deliverable such
as Specification, technical study report, datasheets, closeout on HAZOP actions, requisitions, Technical Bid
Evaluation, SIL Implementation Specification etc. Participated in P&IDs/HAZOP review meetings. Supported main
automation contractors on the system (DCS, SIS and FGS) Hardware scope, by providing the estimated I/O list
according to the EPC packaged on the project and reviewing all deliverables on the ESD scope submitted by the
contractor.

Project: project Involved in the technical design
review for P&IDs by providing instrumentation input to the development of the P&IDs. Prepared technical
deliverable such as Specification, technical study report, datasheets, closeout on HAZOP actions, requisitions,
Technical Bid Evaluation, Safety Requirement Specification etc. Participated in SIL and HAZOP review meetings.
Participated in the Hardware system ICSS (DCS, ESD and FGS) bid evaluation for the EPC phase of the project.

The execution and co-ordination of engineering projects and the provision of specialist consultancy services
associated with oil and gas Terminals, pipelines and associated facilities. Responsible for complete project life
cycle including project management, design, procurement and construction. Liaising with clients and contractors,
attending project meetings and carrying out site surveys. Lead design teams of C&I CAD designers and
contractors took ownership of engineering activities to ensure delivery of all assigned work as per schedule and
budget. Ensured that designs comply with the relevant standards and procedures. Involved in the proof testing of
the SIF system during commissioning of the SIS PLC PSS 4000 system. Ensured all safety systems are designed
based on the safety life cycle as IEC 61511. Prepared conceptual and detail design reports, specifications,
calculations, datasheets, drawings and schedules. Manage project schedule, report monthly project progress,
coordinate project activities. Assisted Engineering manager to improve engineering methods, procedures and
standards. Liaised with clients operation and maintenance, to ensure projects work does not affect plant
operation. Contract management, Risk management as well as budget management. Participated in the
installation, commissioning, and factory acceptance testing (FAT) in all project executed. Responsible in
managing all contractors on site and process all site work permit. Attended the FAT and commissioning of the
new SCADA system.

Instrumentation Engineer (PMC Role), Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Bid evaluation for the
upgrade of a condensate refinery at Jebel Ali in the Jebel Ali Duty Free Zone, Dubai. Assisted the client in
awarding a detailed engineering job by performing technical bid evaluation on the EPC bidders. Performed
technical evaluation phase on all bidders. Prepared technical project report for weekly engineering meeting.
Regular interaction with Client to clarify technical queries.

(Pre-FEED) Produced Water Management Programme Option 3 (Offshore Brownfield Upgrade) Azerbaijan
International
Operating Company (BP). Accessed the impact of clients proposed design on the existing Integrated Control
Safety System ICSS (DCS, ESC and FGS) by carrying out detailed research in the new technology. Evaluated the
outcome from the research and made recommendations to client. Prepared technical design deliverable such as
I/O schedule and instrument index as well as specification to integrate the new technology to the existing
system.

Pre-FEED for Maersk Oil on a new production and accommodation platform for the Tyra East field. Designed the
Instrument Equipment room to include all system (DCS, ESD, FGS, BMS, PMS, UPS etc) cabinet. Performed a
utility calculation for instrument air consumption on valves, transmitters and cabinets. Consulted with clients to
evaluate appropriate control schemes and type of instrumentation for proper plant operation and cost
effectiveness.

(FEED) Coral South Development Project FLNG, ENI. Key focal point for the P&ID review and SIL assessment.
Prepared weekly progress report to lead engineer. Prepared Process and Safety cause and effect to support
project delivery. Prepared process narratives for all utility facilities.

(FEED)Expansion of the Condensate Refinery at Jebel Ali in the Jebel Ali Duty Free Zone, Dubai. Set up the project
for the C& I team. This involved: Planning the schedule for C&I activities, Project execution work plan, Man hours
allocation.

Mansuriya Full Field Development Project (FEED). Managed the P&ID review process my coordinating all
discipline engineer responsible for the generation of the deliverable. Co-ordinated and managed work activities
between London and Singapore execution centres. Prepared technical deliverables such as specification for
instruments.

Gorgon EPC Project, Packaged Equipment Instrument Engineer for Chemical Injection
Package. Managed the design and close out of the chemical injection package. This required liaising with
contractors to ensure the package is designed and delivered in accordance to clients specifications.

Jazan Refinery and Marine Terminal FEED Project. Prepared FEED instrument datasheets for analysers and
control valves in Smart plant Instrumentation to be used for enquiry from suppliers. Prepared technical
requisitions for field instrument and packaged equipment, this involved specifying the design and selection
criteria for Field Instrumentation. Prepared technical evaluations of vendor bids for field instruments.

Gorgon EPC Project, Australia. Prepared the Hazardous Area Verification Dossier Requirement for
the Gorgon project according to; AS/NZS 60079.14 & 17:2009 and AS/NZS 2381, AS/NZS 4761.1&2. Coordinated
and managed all Instrument Requisition Engineers to ensure the requirements detailed in the dossier were
executed appropriately. Requisition Engineer for the Cathodic Protection Package; responsible for all
instrumentation aspects of the package till project completion.
Coordinated Engineers in the various execution centres with respect to design and delivery of the Cathodic
Protection package. Interfacing with the Client, responding to queries regarding various design documents and
incorporating Client comments into deliverables.

KEP 2010, Karsto Process Gas Plant, Norway. Maintained the project Intools database with current data,
preparing as-built datasheets and loop drawings using Smart plant Instrumentation.

USAN project, France. Assisted the Control system engineer responsible for specifying the design and selection
criteria of the Control Systems for the subsea facility.
