Assist Relationship Managers in managing and growing
assigned client portfolios
Handle day - to day client transactions, inquiries, and
service request
Prepare and process account opening documents, loan
applications, and related banking requirements.
Coordinate with internal units (Credit, Operations,
Compliance, and Treasury ) to ensure timely processing
oftransactions.
Monitor account activities and ensure compliance with
bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Support sales initiatives by identifying cross-selling
opportunities (deposits, loans, trades, investments
products, cards, and insurance)
Maintain accurate client records and ensure proper
documentation and KYC compliance
Schedule client meetings and prepare presentation
materials and report
Assist in resolving client concerns and ensure high
levels ofcustomer satisfaction
