• Administrative Duties
- Deals with high level and confidential correspondence to the Technical Director
- Manages the reception desk of the Technical Director so that all visitors and incoming mail and documentation are handled appropriately and to maintain good image of the office.
- Prepares typed documents and Inter-office communication via email
- Manage daily and monthly attendance report within department
- Maintain office supplies
Preparing memos and other documentation
Take and transfer messages from and to other department
Assist customers with their concern they have and other concern that may arise in other

Answer phone calls, takes messages and or to transfer calls to appropriate office personnel
Handle incoming mail and send mails to designated personnel or customer.
Maintain schedules and calendars. Operate office equipment’s such as printers, copiers, and fax
machine
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
Assist accounts department regarding reconciliation and filing of receipts, petty cash
reimbursement.
Records account files using Peachtree Accounting Software.

- Educate customer why they encounter such issues and be able to guide them over the phone on how to solve it
