- Lead Idea To Market (I2M) process within Manufacturing
- Represent Manufacturing in discussions with Business Units (BU’s) for all New Product Development (NPD) related projects including new product launches, reformulations & discontinuations
- Assist in identifying project requirements, scope and objectives
- Prepare project proposals and provide schedule & product information as necessary
- Ensure all critical activities are fully understood and executed in accordance with project timelines through
• Adequate coordination across all involved functions (Manufacturing, QA, Plant Controlling, PL&P, local and regional: BU, R&D, Procurement, etc.)
• Tracking project’s progress & publishing periodical updates on projects’ requirements, timelines & costs
• Keeping relevant stakeholders informed about project status highlighting any issues, risks and/or constraints that may impact the project
- Assist product commercialization team on ad-hoc projects as required
- Support in the implementation of initiatives pertaining to product/process/packaging improvement, productivity opportunities, promotional packages and product cost estimates.
- Participate in site capacity planning studies and monitor regularly the capacity vs. demand charts of all production lines for the contract volumes and the strategic plans
- Support the Plant Manager & provide assistance to Alex manufacturing team.
- Record & distribute meeting minutes, carry out presentations, prepare reports & invoices for settlement …etc.
- Schedule site meetings and prepare needed material.
- Ensure daily manufacturing meetings are held and follow-up on resulting actions.
- Facilitate special event preparation and execution.
- Follow up on site staff to ensure the implementation of tasks.
- Issue daily production & monthly manufacturing reports.
- Provide assistance to project requests ensuring all maintained in an effective & timely manner.
- Support CI department in the coordination of IMS committee meetings and follow up on IMS process.
- Schedule the chairman’s agenda.
- Help organize and maintain CEO’s outside business ventures.
- Facilitate internal communication and follow up pending issues.
- Assist with tasks related to HR, Purchasing and Logistics as needed.
- Collaborate with various levels of Management to gather information pertaining to key issues.
- Assist with the implementation of large scale projects and help with the preparation of proposals.
- Screen calls, distribute emails, gather data, prepare correspondences, reports and materials for publications and presentations, and follow through with meeting arrangements.
