Launching of the communication department at Best Assistance, being the only person in charge of the department’s integration and development. The work involves 3 countries in the MENA region.

-Revamping the image of the company and updating all the communications tools, technical presentations and promoting products and services in 3 languages to become lively and engage the clients.
-Conceptualizing and editing a new version of the website and following-up with the developers in preparation for the launch.

• Handling the communication with IAA world of service, IAA Chapters & IAA members.
• Reporting directly to the President of the board.
• Contributing in the organization of all local events such as 38th IAA World Congress for 1200 delegates in 2002 in Beirut, Phénix de la Pub Awards 2004, Mikhaïl Gorbatchev Conference in Lebanon 2010, and working on regional events such as MENA Cristal Awards both in France and Lebanon.
• Organizing all lunches, gala dinners, parties, press conferences, ceremonies, receptions, general assemblies & board elections from concept to delivery (IAA digital conference - 180 for attendees) - (IAA 50th ceremony anniversary - 400 attendees) - (IAA Gala ceremony 250 attendees) - IAA Beach Parties - 160 attendees) to name a few.
• Organizing seminars & workshops including the communication with the international speakers, Flights and hotel reservations, selling tickets…
• Coordinating with Photographers, decoration, Hostesses, Menu, Venue within the given budget.
• Preparing the IAA Branding and invitations in coordination with the creative department.
• Creating the sponsorship kits, and dealing with the sponsors regarding the branding and their benefits.

• Writing press releases in 3 languages, communicating them to the media and ensuring the coverage.

• Research and write articles (summing up to 50 to 60 pages for every issue).
• Proofread the whole magazine before printing.
• Assist the editor-in-chief/ host in finding new themes for the weekly TV show about the history of Lebanon.

• Prepare the episodes’ reports in writing & recording the voice over.
• Conduct the interviews and supervise the editing.
• Conceptualize and write the event organizer’s speeches and the introductions to present the speakers and politicians on stage.
