Responsibilities include inspection of structural and civil works at site and monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is compliant with contract requirements.
Reporting to Client Senior Engineer.
Ensure activity offered for inspection has an approved shop drawing, method statement (MS), Qatar Construction Specification (QCS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP)
Inspect steel reinforcement, formwork/shuttering systems and ensure quality, safety and constructability aspects are met.
Inspecting existing substations and report the damages and prepare as build drawings.
Record non-conformity activity reported through a Non Conformance Report (NCR)
Monitor schedule of work to be done in order to meet the target date of the project.
Monitor the safety issues on site and assisting the senior engineer in carrying out safety walks and conducting safety meetings.
Systematic monitoring of work for meeting the quality assurance of the work
