Preparing documents like COO, SASO for exporting shipments and TRA, ESMA documents for Clearing the import shipment from customs.
Inbounding and out bonding process in warehouse
Coordinate with core customer and their end customer for the smooth delivery of shipments without any delayed. Keeping the materials in proper warehouse manner and monthly stock check for all brands. arranging transportation for local delivery. Coordinate with the carrier and update the status to customer.
Inventory management - Keeping the optimum level of stock for service support. purchasing spare parts from Huawei, sony and other Mobile brands for warranty support. The main customer is FLASH GLOBAL(16 Brands), Sony, Panasonic, Apple, OBI and Caterpiller.
To make sure that storage places and warehouses are ready for keeping goods till the prescribed time
All kind of document filing, inward, outward, receiving And Invoicing (SAP)
Put in and Put away of materials.
