1) Credit Manager \[November 2014 - February 2016\]
Portfolio : Retail Advances
~Analysis of credit applications to assess whether the credit risk is in line with the Bank’s Credit Appetite and relative to the profitability of the deal.
~Evaluating clients’ credit data and financial statements in order to determine the degree of risk involved in lending money to them
~A good understanding of the Risk Reward for each deal reviewed
~Well thought out decisions showing sound judgment where applications are within Delegated Authority
~Effective provision of analyses and recommendations where applications require referral
~Specialist knowledge of all types of Retail Credit, Term Loans, Trade Finance, Govt. Schemes, other Product knowledge as required
~Ensure compliance with policy, procedures, standards and reporting requirements, plus any relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
~Identify market and book new business, while developing and increasing the share of wallet of existing business relationships.
2) Branch Manager \[April 2014 - October 2014\]
Portfolio : Retail Banking (Branch Administration, Relationship Management, Business Development, Credit)
~The role entails administration and efficient daily operation of the branch office, including operations, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives. ~Develops new deposit and loan business, provides a superior level of customer service and promotes the service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
~Provides leadership, training and supervision.
~Formulating business plans for overall development & accomplishment of top and bottom-line profitability.
~Recognizing new streams for revenue growth & developing marketing plans to build consumer
preference.
~Identify market and book new business while developing and increasing the share of wallet of existing business relationships.
~Develop new client relationship and negotiate with them for securing profitable business and networking with prospective clients for generating business in order to achieve profitability and sales growth.
~Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
~Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations for securing repeat business.
~Follow up of advances viz maintaining due date diary, and following up for recovery of bank’s dues, and follow up of various regulatory requirements.

3) Asst. Branch Manager \[October 2012 - March 2014\]
Portfolio : Retail Banking (Assets/Liability Products, Branch Operation, Credit Management, Customer Service)
The role entails supports the branch manager by overseeing the efficient operation of the branch to ensure all operational functions are completely and properly performed by the staff while conveying a feeling of trust, service, security and satisfaction to customer and staff. Responsible for overseeing the teller function, ATM
balancing, and customer service duties. Acquire process knowledge and effectively resolve the escalations
and complex queries with regard to process guidelines. Undertake quality checking of the work processed to ensure quality of customer acquisition. Process work as requested by line managers / customers to provide delightful customer experience. Ensure that work is completed in accordance with established procedures and
standards.
Opening of Demand, Fixed, Credit accounts and operation in accounts and Finacle. Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently and communicate personally with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure operational excellence and integrity of the branch and keeps staff informed of pertinent changes
in operational policy and procedures.
