5. Email Lead the strategy for email marketing
campaigns, targeting potential and existing customers with
personalized offers and content to drive engagement and
bookings. Reward Manage the digital experience
of the Hotels & Casino Rewards program, ensuring its seamless,
user-friendly, and attractive to new and existing members. CRM Use CRM tools to develop
customer profiles, drive personalized communication, and
analyze customer behavior to improve loyalty and retention. Work with digital teams to improve the user
experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for Tsogo Suns website
and app, ensuring the process of booking, rewards redemption,
and customer engagement is easy and intuitive. Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze digital campaign
performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social
media insights, etc.) to track KPIs like engagement, conversion
rates, and ROI.
