Job Profile:
* HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting Designing and Drafting.
* Attending site meetings with clients.
* Inspection of various project sites in and out of the state
* Studying and implementing all aspects of AHUs, OAHUs, CSUs, and
FCUsetc. that is from installation to commissioning.
* Planning according to priorities and coordinating the work with
Mechanical departments.
* Redesigning and rerouting of pipe lines and ducts according to the site
conditions in order to achieve the required false ceiling height and
aesthetic view without compromising the required GPM and CFM.
* Making sure that proper safety standards are followed in the site.
* Estimation and selection of non-tender items by analyzing the price,
quality and reputation.
* Checking and ensuring the items in the procurement list submitted by
the contractor with the drawings.
* Submit IRs and MIRs, Attend inspection and get approval.
* HVAC Heat Load calculation using HAP, EXCEL and Revit MEP.
* Preparing MEP IFC Drawings.
* MEP BOQ Preparation.
* Study and Review Shop Drawings, Update coordination drawings and
prepare As Built Drawings.
* Maintain Inspection and material records and similar documentation of
MEP work.
