Job Descriptions:
*Assist customers for bookings and vehicle replacements for breakdowns, servicing, repairs and accidents.
*Prepares vehicle maintenance report on a daily basis.
*Follow up pending vehicles to workshop for repair and to body shop for accident.
*Checking and informing to customers for vehicle registration expiry
* Sending emails to customer for traffic fine black points clearance.

*Greeting and welcoming the customers with a smile.
*Explains terms and conditions of the company.
*Extending due agreements from daily to monthly basis.

*Checking vouchers if prepaid or direct payment and validity for pick up/drop off, vehicle category booked and any additional request by customer such as GPS, baby seat/booster seat and vehicle collection for website bookings
*Preparing Oman insurance for daily, weekly to monthly basis.
*Sending emails to operations department for modifications of kilometer and fuel discrepancy.
*Follow-up pending agreements, outstanding payments for salik, traffic fines and monthly dues.
*Encoding fuel reports on a daily basis.
*Handling cash collections and petty cash on a daily basis.
*Sending email for fleet report and website booking reports on a daily basis.
*Sending emails for sales report on a weekly basis.
*Respond to phone calls and emails (e.g. vehicle inquiries, reservations, breakdown and any related customer’s assistance)
*Checking on hire and off hired vehicles.
*Extending monthly authorizations on a timely manner
*Checking all due payments & make it sure that everything are collected before closing the agreement
*Follow up dispute agreements such as credit card expired/not authorize/decline, expired entry stamp/residence visa and passport/EID on a timely manner.
*Coordinates with the Operations department for vehicle availability and other related jobs.
*Handles customer complaints.
*Maintaining the counter clean & organize.
