Audit of the current HR and administration processes. Identifying gaps and providing recommendations to the management for necessary amendments.
▪ Enhancement of employee manuals and HR policies, annual appraisal process, payroll and attendance, manpower planning and budgeting, on and off boarding processes.
▪ Worked closely with the PRO to document the visa application procedure not limited to new applications, renewals, cancellations, employment bans and so on.
▪ Analyzed the existing organization structure and provided a plan to best utilize the existing FTE headcount.
I began working as a HR Administration in 2009, promoted to a HR Coordinator in 4 months and then promoted to a HR Officer in 1 year.
