Ensure that clients are 100% fully satisfied through fast and immediate actionson requests and timeliness on all responses (emails, MS Teams, etc)
Ensures project timelines are met by working closely with the production team inscheduling assignments and target deadlines
Ensures adherence to quality and customer service policies while interactingwith internal/external clients
Communicate effectively as a liaison with the production floor on all inquiriesrelated to the preparation of deliverables
Strictly follow the project management phases: project initiation, projectplanning, project execution, project monitoring & control, and project closure
Confer with clients to discuss and determine layout design, project scope, andoutput expectation
Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.
Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.
Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects.
Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that the project team adheres to project requirements
Structure and manage integrated, multi-track project performance databases for multiple digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects, with an eye on overall progress.
Verify the eligibility and qualifications of a customer.
Outbound calls to insurance companies and patients, and end customers and perform eligibility verification, obtain prior authorization, requesting missing or incomplete payer information.
Responsible for documenting, researching, and responding to customer/patient inquiries.
Achieve key performance measures.
Interact with customers via phone as an appropriate response to inquiries.
Deals with Healthcare Professionals.
Maintaining productivity and quality standards.
