Assisted the human resource manager in day to day administrative functions. Maintain updated employee related records
for 100+ members and generated monthly employee tracking reports and administrative support to the employees of all
the group companies.
• Function as point of contact for the employees pertaining to interpretation of organizational policies and procedures as
well as resolving HR related issues leading to enhanced employee satisfaction
• Updated payroll related data to be included in the monthly payroll back end support encompassing additional salary
payments & deductions, leave application and transfer of salary through WPS.
• Manage administrative aspects related to drafting employee documents, processing medical insurance and managing
separation and exit processes.
• Enrolls new employees by issuing forms and applications; verifying completion and Maintains employee information by
entering and updating employment and status-change data.
• Focus on preparing & issuing employee letters - Salary Certificate, NOC letters, Offer Letters, Experience Certificates
probation completion letter. Ensure compliance to legal & data protection policies and UAE Labour Law.
• Preparation of Final Settlements, Gratuity and other benefits for the resigned or terminated employees and Exit Formalities
• Experience in Handling of DIFC and DMCC portals.
• Coordinating with PRO for ensuring the timely renewal of residence visa, labor card, Emirates ID, Immigration Card.
• Responsible for the administration task includes Vehicle renewals, Staff Medical Insurance, Tenancy Renewals.
• Handled the petty cash and control the daily expenses of the department.
