Log Validation Tool
A re-engineering program in which the client requires migration from the old system developed in VB 6.0 to the new application in J2EE and MS SQL Server 2000 by retaining its functionality.
Worked on the analysis of use cases, realizing the use cases as design models particularly class diagrams and sequence diagrams, and also in the development (code construction) pointedly in the user interface development.
Responsibilities taken in the project
Requirement Review & Discussion.
Test Documentation- Preparing test cases and task plan
Prepare and acquire test data.
Implement tests on all test levels, execute and log the tests, evaluate the results and document the deviations from expected results.
Review calls handled in daily status.
Test Co-ordination activities.
Troubles shoot calls with the development team.
Involved in interaction with clients in collecting high-level user requirements, converting the user requirements into system requirements and analyzing the requirements.

GAN Automation - Log Validation Tool
GAN Log Validation Tool is the automated tool for comparing and validating the transaction details which have been sent, with the details logged in the UNIX application server. Summary report will be generated which in turn helps to identify which all transactions got passed/failed.

GAN Log Extraction Tool assists in fetching the transaction details from the UNIX application server. It in turn reduces the huge manual effort of extracting the logs one by one by manually logging into the application server.

Leading a team of 4 members for the development of Log Extraction Tool with role being monitoring execution status, handling daily defect calls, reporting, tracking daily status, preparing scripts.
