• Receiving new project and processing the documents like sales order, Civil-defense certificate, variations, purchase request and material submittals.
• Good knowledge of construction projects including planning, procurement, organizing and controlling projects and QA/QC assistance.
• Providing necessary assistance to the project manager and engineers for arranging and delivery of materials to the site and visiting sites in a regular manner.
• Ability to review project proposals and plans and understand design, shop drawings and layouts.
• Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly work progress report of site activities.
• Coordinating between administrative office team, field employees, sales team, estimating team, clients, sub-contractors and management on a regular basis.
Key responsibilities were supervision of the steps involved in the functioning of the Plant which includes purification, rinsing, filling, capping, addition of coagulation chemical, sterilization of water with oxidants, water softening.
