As a lead functional Analyst, to understands the various nuances of the business processes and then attempts to solve the problem faced in the current business process and to ensure the expectations of internal client is delivered, Employs and leverages strategic SAP best practice solutions & communicate SAP capabilities/possibilities within related modules. Provide user training and education for latest technologies
Actively involved in all the assigned projects both onsite and offshore, handled four projects which include 3 green field implementation at client place, Major responsibility is to provide SAP system consulting to the client based on the business requirement

Communicate with clients to identify methodology and road map phases of SAP HR implementations and delivered Business blue print, configuration of standard and custom development, User acceptance testing and maintenance of SAP HCM modules OM, PA, Positive Time Management, and Payroll (Saudi Arabia). Coordinate with the other Project team members to communicate HR integration points and HR global data with other SAP and non-SAP modules
Involved with media, Manpower consultants, college campus for recruitment of permanent staffing, positions vary from middle level to senior management level for internal group companies (reliance communication, Reliance capital & infrastructure).
Ensure compliance of all statutory licenses at various locations in the state of Tamilnadu and Kerala
As a recruiter was responsible for more than 15 Key Accounts clients, both IT & Non IT, major responsibility is to identify and source profiles by mapping the market, head hunting, job portals and effective networking based on client requirement and Liaise with candidates and clients to schedule and conduct interviews & Negotiate on salary with the clients till release of offer/Contract letter
