• Spearheading the end-to-end recruitment process for senior and middle management levels, ensuring that the organizations recruitment goals are met.
• Sourcing top-quality candidates through a variety of channels, including job portals, professional sites, databases, networking, headhunting, and referrals.
• Analyzing job descriptions and qualifications to determine applicant requirements and conducting thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Conducting preliminary telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates competencies, academic, experience, communication skills, and aspirations.
• Providing candidates with detailed information on job responsibilities, designation, compensation and benefits, work schedules, working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities, and other related information.
• Responding to candidate and manager enquiries promptly and eficiently, ensuring that all parties are kept informed without compromising the organizations standards of privacy and confidentiality.
• Preparing and analyzing MIS data to monitor and track recruitment activities and ensure timely deliverables.
• Formulating interview schedules, filling reports on candidate status, recording their joining reports, and maintaining an up-to-date resume database.
• Engaging in headhunting activities to generate leads and convert them into quality candidates. Negotiating rates and salaries while ensuring that all recruitment processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology.
