Briefing the Administrative Manager about daily tasks every day in the beginning of the duty and get the results in the end of the day.
Informing CEO about his schedule for the day and note new one; having negotiations on behalf of CEO; making and signing contracts between Arloid FZCO and other Companies.
Bear a full & comprehensive knowledge of the Hotel, including all departments, services, outlets, amenities and functions
Ensure the guest are familiarized of all the facilities and services within the suite
Welcome guests in a good manner and warmth
Carry out in check-in and check-out
Anticipate and meet guest's needs and requests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction
Report for duty punctually & in accordance to the issued department duty roster
Complete cashiering transactions in accordance with the hotel credit policies
Carry out guests registration, cashiering and administrative tasks
Coordinate with all concerned departments in order to ensure smooth operations
