Principal Accountabilities
Driving overall HR & Administrative activities by formulating strategy in line with the business plan.
Ensure streamlining of administrative infrastructure and facilities.
Effective Vendor Management.
Liaison with Civil Administration and other local authorities.
Employee and People Development (including CSR imperatives), with strong training overtones.
HRM - Major Responsibilities
Focusing HR strategy and providing impetus for selection, induction, retention, separation, employee relations, grievances, attrition, audit and compliances for various business units.
Act as an interface between senior management and various SBU teams to ensure effective implementation of business policy.
Work closely with multiple location teams to develop and nurture leadership pipeline.
Conduct data based analysis to identify trends / gaps and plan interventions to close the gaps.
Build a culture of continuous improvement and change management to inculcate superior customer service.
Administration & Facilities Management
Responsible for all facets of administration & facilities management, including high end residences, and VIP guest houses.
Oversee effective management of travel desk and local transportation as per expected norms.
Driving service contacts (including office contingencies, supplies and equipment requirements) through effective supervision in conjunction with mutually agreed contractual obligations / SLAs.
Preparation of a risk mitigation plan & its implementation.

Vendor Management
Direction and supervision of vendors / service providers for Catering & Canteen, Transport & Travel.
Evaluation of vendor performance at regular intervals and addressing gaps effectively.
Manage AMCs for all fittings, electrical and safety appliances in the facilities.
