My job profile requires servicing of claims starting from reporting to settlement of claims. I liaise with the surveyors, insurance companies and the claimant for amicable settlements.
I am also in-charge to underwriting and operations. All quotes and carefully scrutinized for the scope of cover and I ensure that add-on are included to make the cover extensive.
I am also in-charge of operations. We ensure that the policies sent are in tandem with the quotes.
Managing team for business development in life and general insurance sectors. Liaison with insurers for competitive quotes and placement of business. I am providing after sale services like expeditious claim settlement etc.

•Reinsurance: I have worked in RI department of National Insurance Co. Ltd. for 3 years. I have good experience in formulation of annual RI Treaty program, arranging support treaties for XOL & net protections, management of various treaties including XL treaties and facultative placements of large & mega risks.
I have the distinction of recovering large losses to the tune of INR 2000 million against Mumbai floods as well as around INR 2500 million for a mega risk in northern India from Swiss Re and other reinsurers.

I worked for L&T General Insurance Company Limited for 3 years and 4 months (03.07.2010 - 06.11.2013) as Zonal Technical Services Head - East where I was heading the underwriting (Commercial & Retail) of the eastern region. My job profile required underwriting of various lines of business like property, casualty, liability, engineering, marine, business interruption etc.
