Analyzing the website access issues with the Ethereal, Packet capture on bluecoat and policy trace tools.

Diebold system is a company which manufactures ATM and gives IT managed services to the Customers (banks).
We give L3 support to the company as telecom firewall & data team which is responsible for configuring and designing network & security to the company.
Configuring & working on VPN Connection Between Head-office and Branch-Office.
Configuring & working on Cisco ASA VPN, mainly building up site-to site VPN tunnel in between Bank ATM and Diebold servers.
We also have all internet backup for MPLS as VPN for all offices.
Configuring & working on Multi-context ASA firewall.
Daily we follow ITIL process and work accordingly to satisfy customer’s requirement.
We Work on new request which will again have SLA and as process will raise an RFC--Change ticket.
Individually worked on BIGIP F5 devices. Configuring a new device from scratch with upgrading /downgrading the version of BIGIP device and put them on network.
Also configuring SSL cert, I rules, Http profiles and resolved issues in BIGIP F5 device.
Did migrations from one BIGIP to another BIGIP without any issues. Did Migration from ACE load balancer to BIGIP F5.
Troubleshooting day to day issues on Checkpoint firewalls (R70, R75) in GE network from US, EMEA and ASPAC regions.
Performed IOS upgrade and hotfix update.
Had been a part of L2 Incident Management team which troubleshoots and resolves customer queries within the SLA.
