As part of the reservation and ticketing team, accountable for managing the Corporate clients on GDS Sabre, Amadeus. Handling Shell oil, Basrah Gas end to end travel work (Air, Hotel, Car, PSD) through calls and emails. Also doing quality checks, research on CSI and ADM, training needs of team, with the emphasis on creating awareness of new fares, fare rules, company policies, communicating the benefits and building a relationship with clients in line with the company’s and client's policies.

•Taking care of Air, Hotel and car requests adhering to the company policy, assisting in Visa information.

•Working efficiently and evacuating the passengers from risk countries at the time of emergency.


•Checking the PSD (security) for the all alert areas and book the itinerary accordingly eg... Iraq Iran, Africa etc.

•Providing the best fare and route (lowest logical as per the policy) keeping the cost and security in mind.

•Connecting to the airlines to get better fare and deal when needed also approaching on waivers and favours.

•Handling VIP and VVIP clients and their end to end travel requirements.


. Assist with developing, implementing and reviewing team productivity; analyse and monitor performance.


. Manage and motivating, developing, training and assessing the team with the emphasis on instilling a high performance culture to achieve outstanding business results

. Provide support to the Manager, Asst Manager and Training team in working out training needs and material for team and new joiners.

Achievements:

. Joined as Senior Travel Consultant in 2014 and was awarded with shining star and many other awards for errorless work and best productivity. Have received multiple appreciation from Shell oil and Basrah Gas on providing best service and standing by at the time of emergency in Risk countries at the time of Mass evacuation.
