As it is in project stage now, Involve in :-
• Handling independently charge of System Owner in Commissioning phase.
• Pre commissioning, Commissioning & Start up activities such as preparation of WEFS, preparation of commissioning procedures, activity reviews, preparation & verification of punch list, testing of equipments, flushing of lines, loop checking, chemical cleaning, walk down of different systems, leak testing, inertisation etc.
• Undertaking as built checking of the plant and preparation of checklist for mechanical completion of plant.
• Identification of various loops for pre-commissioning & commissioning activity like line purging, line flushing.
• Coordination with other departments regarding commissioning procedures.
While in plant operation:-
• Coordinating start up and safe shutdown of the plant in planned and emergency situations.
• Maintaining safety in all aspects of plant operation and maintenance jobs and create a culture of safe practices across all functional groups.
• Evaluation of plant performance and communication of the same to the higher management.
• Experience in operation and protection systems of high speed centrifugal pumps, reciprocating dosing pumps with variable speed and stroke, screw compressors, reciprocating compressors, centrifugal compressors, centrifugal pumps and rotary valves.
• Handle shell and tube type heat exchangers, double pipe exchangers, electrical heater, condenser, reboilers etc.
• Various flow measuring, level measuring temperature measuring, pressure measuring, weight measuring instruments.
• Static equipment like reactor, degasser, storage tanks, ejectors, filters, dryer, pressure safety valve, rupture disk etc.
• Handling of gas, liquid, slurry, solid powder.
• Ensuring proper safety measures during normal plant operation.
• Routine checkups and identifying abnormalities in field.
• Operation of extruders (3 nos.), JSW make.
