• Develop and perform various financial modeling for buildings and analysis of various real estate benchmarks.
• Assemble and provide diligence materials to business partners by working with internal financial, real estate, environmental, and legal teams.

• Managed company’s foreign legal entity operations including preparation of
P&L, Balance Sheet, Variance Analyses, and Financials of subsidiaries for LTI
consolidation purpose.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams and assisted in budgeting process.
• Supported internal & LTI consolidated audits by liaising with the auditors.
• Assisted management with information and analysis to make better business
decisions. For ex. carried out analysis which helped Canadian entity claiming
subsidy of CAD 20 mn approx.
• Involved in preparing quarterly dashboards for all overseas entities.
• Streamlining monthly activities of overseas entities by formulating SOP's.
• Successfully driven various automation processes and received pat on back
from the management.
• Received token of appreciation on various occasions from seniors and

• Liaised with consultants for preparation of transfer pricing study including analyzing transfer pricing methods, filing of transfer pricing return & analyzing inter-company transactions.
• Liaised with Local Tax Consultants for Tax Return Filings including analysis of allowances & disallowances, coordinating with vendor / banks for obtaining withholding tax certificates, creation of Deferred tax asset or liability etc.
• Withholding tax analysis on payments to local vendors & cross border payments.
• Carried out branch or subsidiary analysis for new as well as existing foreign entities considering taxation as well
as regulatory compliances requirements.
• Permanent Establishment (PE) analysis before carrying out any operations in new region.

Performed various audits of nationalized banks.
Preparation of RERA Certificate for Real Estate entities.
Performed various Sales tax audits such as VAT Audit, GST Audit etc.
