• Understanding the sales/project briefs and allocate resources accordingly
• Ability to manage product and vendor printing processes in order to produce the highest quality deliverables within budget and deadline specifications.
• Assess project requirements and provide printing/production options along with budgets.
• Coordinate with outsourcing agencies and production suppliers
• Negotiate pricing with production suppliers and ensuring realistic production schedules.
• Demonstrated a commitment to quality and operational excellence and instil the same within the organisation.
• Aptly ensured business proposals are financial viable and focus on maximizing quality and controlling costs.
• Build and maintains rapport with the client, understands the client’s business environment, organization and strategic objectives and provides a prompt, efficient and personalized service to ensure that clients needs are met.
• Passionately always exceeded client expectations with a positive and prompt response time.
• Demonstrated the ability to sustain effort over extended time periods with determination to achieve results.
• Assess production issues in advance and collaborate with creative team to provide solutions and or options.
