• Introduced process improvement and elimination of redundant efforts thus reducing cost.
• Managed internal team to design and develop low cost reporting solution on Share Point / SSRS reporting dashboard, for Finance and Operations. Delivered real time reporting to leadership team and mid-level management.
• Designed and implemented complex integration of MS AX with manufacturing systems (Cement plant SCADA and Ready-Mix system) and mobile cash collection system reducing data redundancy and improving data accuracy. This helped reduce cash collection risk
• Collaborated with internal and external resources to develop and showcase Microsoft Share Point solutions for Enterprise Content management and customized workflows.
• Proactively conceptualized and developed value additions on ERP, MS AX improving process.
