• Scrutiny and Lodgment of Trade Products - Advance Import Remittances, Direct Import Bill payments, Export Bill Collection, Export bill Purchase/Discounting/Negotiation, Packing Credit in INR and foreign currency, M- Bills, Only for lodgment, Inland Bills and LC etc.
• Acquisitions of NTF (New To Forex) customers and income generation through cross-selling various trade products and seeking business opportunities.
• CMS Payments - Paypro Cheque and demand draft issuance.
• Coordination with Central Processing Centre and Clients for smooth processing of transaction.
• Managing prompt resolution of errors in transactions and processing before TAT within STP.
• Clearance of FBFP, Bill of Entries, Compliance pending queue clearance etc.
• Vendor Management.
• Generating MIS on daily basis.
