o Supports back-office and firm-wide training programs,
reinforcing tech and operations infrastructure between
departments to ensure consistency and quality standards
are met.
o Stays up to date on industry regulations, trends, and
technology.
o Works closely with management team to ensure all
operational, administrative, and compliance functions
within the firm are being properly executed in accordance
to regulatory-based best practices.

Assisting the buyer with the selection of the right product
mix.
o Writing, placing and tracking purchase orders.
o Ensuring products are purchased at the right time, to
specification and at a good price.
o Negotiating with vendors and building positive, long-term
relationships.
o Researching new suppliers and making recommendations
to the buyer.
o Preparing competitive retail and pricing strategies.
o Planning, monitoring and maintaining suitable inventory
levels.
o Preparing budgets and forecasting purchasing trends.
o Compiling reports on product performance and statistics.

Welcoming guests upon their arrival and assisting them
with their seating arrangements.
o Assisting managers and organizers with planning the layout
and logistics of events.
o Setting up and managing staff shifts and timetables.
o Developing and providing staff with the necessary training,
including customer service and serving etiquette.
o Running the floor and coordinating the food and drink
service by liaising with the kitchen and service staff.
o Monitoring the inventory of supplies, equipment, and
furniture.
o Tending to guests' requests, questions, and complaints.
o Ensuring that the venue and facilities remain neat and
clean.
