Work Profile:
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolution of all tickets that are escalated by level 1&2 as defined by SLA
• Provides solutions for computer software systems and networks. With emphasis on diagnosing and repairing system related issues.
• Implements and administers user networks for companies.
• Provides training and assists Supervisor by making recommendations about future planning and development of resources.
• Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner to insure maximum access to existing IT services and resources.
• Provides client ( emphasis on VVIP calls ) with IT support via telephone, Lync, email and face-to-face contact both internal and external and Remote Support (Team Viewer and Remote Desktop).
• Ensure that a review of company hardware equipment and software is conforming to standard operations.
• Research and resolve caller inquiries by utilizing user manuals, accessing on-line, or interacting with internal and external support groups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and communications issues by interacting with hardware / software vendors.
• Conduct daily checklist for meeting rooms and wireless access point in all companies.
• Managed security and network services for IP Phones, LAN network, Switches for both internal and external sites.
• Support and coordinate PBX installation on client sites.
• Advise staff of security breach and/or change in password or security status.
• Maintains a strategic working relationship with team and all key departments.
• Identify and prepare hardware for disposal when appropriate.
• Provide Team orientation on how to deal with new users who are to be trained on existing technology.
• Organize training schedules for staff members on existing technology
• Provide individual training and support on request
• Provide recommendations about accessing information and support.
• Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health and Safety policy.
• AD Tasks:
o -User account password assistance
o -New user account & Email creation
o -Updating user profiles and other AD objects as required
o -Provide network accounts and passwords as required
• Backup Tasks:
o -Managing routine users file backup tasks
o -Restoring users files based on request
• Support:
o -Create share folder and providing privilege to the folders based on request.
o -Maintain supply of IT equipment / Software’s and Stock Maintenance.
o -Monthly SLA list preparation for finance for monthly charging for all subsidiaries.
o -LAN & WAN setup for site offices and projects.
o Provides client service via telephone, email and face-to-face contact, Lync and Remote Support (Team Viewer and Remote Desktop).Mainly on emphasis on VVIP calls.
o Assist with troubleshooting and resolution of all tickets that are escalated by level 1 as defined by SLA.
