Security Supervisor

1. To patrol the public areas regularly, including the guest floors and back of house areas, together with the perimeter of the hotel and grounds, car park, pool to prevent intrusion by unauthorised people or undesirables.
2. To document and investigate any incidents reported. To liaise with the Sec. Manager/ Dir. of Security to ensure that steps needed to prevent recurrence are effected.
3. To follow up incidents with other departments and update/ close the incident reports.
4. To provide advice to employees of the hotel on loss prevention and contribute to departmental training.
5. To ensure all team members are enrolled on relevant trainings, follow up and make sure team members attend the trainings
6. As a key member of the hotel’s emergency response team, to be fully familiar with the all emergency procedures.
7. To ensure operational requirements (stationery, First Aid items etc.) available all the time, and follow up and order
8. To ensure, all officer’s/guards are fully aware about Policies & Procedures of hotel and they adhere all the policies.
9. Arrange the schedule according business needs (operational requirement’s) arrange the vacation plan & update Bayan workflow (Payroll)
10. To ensure all systems are in operation in working condition (access control, CCTV etc.) and if any matter’s to follow up with concern service providers
11. Takes appropriate actions when confronted with disturbances, crimes and threats to life and property
12. Work closely with the team to find out their day to day operational challenges and provide necessary assistance, guidance to department
13. Provide support and assistance require to supervisor’s, make sure all supervisor’s maintain same standard’s
14. To ensure all team members follow Lost & Founds Policy : and releasing the L&F accordingly
15. Attend the BEO meeting to make sure events planners do their planning’s according to safety & security regulations
16. Liaise with Sec. Manager & Director and arrange the depart meeting on time, make sure to follow up department meeting points
17. Liaise with Sec. Manger & Director about training’s & hiring’s to make sure team is well balance
18. To ensure that everyone in department follow the “Golden Rule”
19. To ensure that team member’s hard work recognised by management, if not bring their attention in to it (follow up team member’s create video’s for GRMA recognition)
20. To perform any additional tasks requested by the Head of Department, the Assistant Head of Department, or any member of the Executive Office and Planning Committee.
