Warehouse Operation
• Oversee entire warehouse operation activity from Inbound-Storage-Outbound.
• Ensure Order is processed in On Time in Full to enable customer satisfaction.
• Plan and execute the SOPs for all the processes in the warehouse
• Conduct Periodic review manpower productivity & operation
• Plan weekly & Monthly fulfillment requirements to execute business targets.
• Planning & optimization of storage space to meet peak season volume.
• Conduct periodic Audit on -Stock/Location/Process/Safety & Security.

• Fulfillment of Statutory Compliances - Labor law/Tax /NOC / Other.
Logistics Operation
• Managing all India distribution with cost-effective transportation mode.
• Identifying-Negotiation-Finalizing logistics/ 3PL service providers.
• Selection of suitable transportation mode for Primary & last-mile deliveries.
• Review the delivery performance of transport and take corrective action for service level improvement
Strategic Planning & Cost Mgt
• Collaborate with all business functions to integrate Supply Chain with business.
• Analysis of the root causes of failure and drive corrective action for improvement with the control factor.
• Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency, speed, and cost-effective.
• Preparing the annual budget on warehouse operation & Logistics cost.
