1. All site related techno commercial issues, supervision and execution of all civil construction activity, Man management, Quantity Surveying, and Bill Certification of contractor.
2. Ensure for all construction activity with statuary compliance, monitoring of all activities with HSE regulations.
3. Monitor on RFI, check list, and test reports for Quality measures.
1. Handling the finishing of 4 no of 18 storied high rise residential tower and Billing of project.
2. Executing all finishing work such as brickwork, plasterwork, POP, False ceiling, Flooring work etc.
3. Was a part of hand over team, &handed over the 32 flats during my job period.
Executing the Structure, Brickwork & plasterwork of 2 Nos. of 24 storied high rise buildings.
