Key Responsibilities:-
• Employing different strategies for recruitment of various companies.
• Handling full cycle of Recruitment. From sourcing of candidates through In-house database, using portals, referrals.
• Formulating interview schedules, filling reports of candidate's status, recording their joining reports, tracking hiring reports, and maintaining resume database.
• Headhunting - generating leads and converting them.
• Networking with candidates to generate more leads from them.
• Phone interviewing candidates to verify their suitability.
• Scheduling & coordinating interviews.
• Consistently following up with candidates.
• Convincing candidates to accept offers and join.
• Liaison & Co-ordinate between the Client and Candidates till the final placement
• Ability to negotiate rates/salaries, present and sell candidates within their business areas, whilst ensuring that all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology
• Interacting with the clients to assimilate the requirement and profile of the position
• Scrutinize the database for the suitable candidates
• Interacting with candidates for the updated information to match the requirement
• Co-ordinate with the clients and take the feedback till the final placement and also maintain mutual relationship for the future requirements
• Handle all administration activities and maintain the databank.
• Handle walk -ins and interact with them regarding their career perspectives
02. AAA IT Solution Pvt. Ltd (Recruiter) (Duration: 6 Months)
Key Responsibilities:-
• Coordination with Corporate Client & Candidates
• Understanding the Client Requirement and given them right shortlisted candidate from portal or other source
• Handle walk-ins and place them to their interest of area.
• Finished the Such given tasks & Targets in this criteria and getting Incentive slabs
• Selection of the right Recruitment Sources, (using the guidelines defined in the strategic recruitment processes), prescreens the job candidates and conducts the first round job
Interview.
• As judged by their strategic partners, colleagues, and managers, and by their track record
For meeting and exceeding performance,
• to work with HR management to create and implement a developmental plan to improve performance, which includes ongoing training and coaching in strategic recruitment skills, developing solid strategic partner relationships, recruitment strategy formulation, and

• Arrange Open Interview Season & pre selection of the right candidate for hiring.
• Do Proper Interview Line up with Candidates & after Finished that process and take feedback with Client and Candidate and just getting any quarry or mistake with both of side try to implement and fulfilled the opening.

As Sales Co-ordinator: Key Responsibilities:-
• To making call relevant client of stock market, & then generated leads given them 2 Days Free tips Then Convince them & Finished target and Build Rappo and Long term relationship with our Loyal customers and continuously given them right information and proper feedback during market hours. Also taking Live meeting with Paid Customer and build trustworthy service and finished that satisfuctionally task.
