The company is manufacturing machining components for HMSI, Yamaha, Suzuki, Maruti, TVS, Mahindra & Mahindra, HMCL, Denso, Black & Decker such as Panel assembly, Brake Shoe and other machining parts.
•Responsible for In-process machining & assembly inspection, Incoming inspection, Final Inspection, Customer handling, supplier handling. Created QC related documents like PPAP, APQP, Quality Plan, FMEA etc.
•Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, Roughness, MSA, GD&T and 7QC Tools.
•Performed root-cause analysis of defects using QC tools while developing & improving the processing by taking corrective actions to prevent any reoccurrences and defective issues.
•Responsible for effective implementation of action plan to improve overall equipment efficiency of production machines, developing and maintaining quality system policies and achieving the set target laid by the organization like technical problem solving and troubleshooting.
•Prepare MIS & Red bin meeting.
•Analyzed the quality assurance system and made recommendations for improvements. These were incorporated into the current quality assurance system.
•Accountable for process audits and product audit for all assembly line and machining lines to check out quality and stability of manufactured product.
•Process capability study (SPC) of critical parameters.
•To organize management review meeting every month.
•Initiating mistake proofing (POKA YOKE) in to the process.
•MSA study of instruments & gauges, insure the calibration of gauges & instruments and validation of fixtures.
•Customer handling, prepare countermeasure and presentation on complaint.

•Successfully submitted 2 Projects to minimize rejection and prepare QC story & presentation.
•Improve Process of Part development & Increase Quality Method for break panel assembly, Cover element, cover cylinder head, carburetor, Plug Drain for Yamaha. New part development for brake panel assembly for Yamaha & Mahindra.
•Uploading Countermeasures/ Down Loading Customer Complaints / Q PPM Data/ Q rating from customer Portal.
•Attend Customer Issue, Take Containment Actions, Corrective Actions, Preventive Actions to eliminate the issue which is comes from Customer.
•Presentation on SPC, FMEA, Roughness, MSA and 7QC Tools.
•Process and System Audit with Customer.
•Minimize customer complain. Gives proper feedback & Reason of Customer Complain & it’s Countermeasure.
