working as senior manager in NHTCCR unit. followed unit revamp activities and reviewed& listed out P&ID deviations. commissioned NHTCCR unit post revamp and followed day to day activities with unit crew and maintenance for rectification of the job
As a shift-in-charge, I’m responsible for total NHT-CCR.
• Trouble shooting problems in unit operations
• Released procedures for safe operation of NHT-CCR during shut down and startup.
• Responsible to ensure quality of products and chemicals addition rates
• Troubleshooting of problems arises in process unit and maintaining documentation.
• Taken up various shutdown activities for releasing of equipment for IBR inspection, etc
worked as production engineer in CDU-II at HPCL-Visakh refinery. As a shift in charge, completed unit turn around & revamp in 2009. safely commissioned back the unit after turn around. also followed with maintenance department for completion of unit related jobs. emergency handling & follow unit regulations for maintaining product specifications
completed chemical engineering in prestigious AU college in Andhra Pradesh.
